What are the socks made of?
60% soft cotton, 17% nylon, 13% polyester and 10% spandex, with 18-25 mmHg compression. The blend is breathable and comfortable, and it supports without squeezing.
What compression level do Ledge socks have?
Graduated compression of 18-25 mmHg: tightest at the ankle and gradually easing up the calf. That helps keep blood flowing back up.
How do I choose the right size?
There are two sizes: 36 - 41 and 42 - 47. Just pick your usual shoe size; the sock adapts to your foot and calf. Wrong size? Easily exchange it for a different size within 30 days.
Do they help with swollen legs?
Yes. By gently supporting your legs, they keep your blood and lymph flowing, so less fluid builds up. That means less swelling and a lower risk of blood clots.
