Shipping & Delivery
Order on a business day before 6PM? Your package usually ships the same day with our delivery partner.
You'll automatically receive a track & trace link once your order is on its way. Please also check your spam folder – sometimes emails end up there accidentally.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days. If the product listing shows a different timeframe, that specific delivery time applies.

- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping: On all orders above €50

Returns
Not satisfied? Damage upon receipt? Or did you notice an issue later? Whatever the situation – we make it easy. Here's what you can do:
1. Immediate Damage or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged item or your order is incorrect, please report it within 3 business days of delivery through our return portal.
After that, we'll take it from there. We usually respond within 1-2 business days.
2. Just Not a Match? Return Within 100 Days
Not in love with your purchase? That's okay. You can return your product up to 100 days after receipt. Since it is a wearable product, we can only accept returns if the socks are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
For a prompt refund, we ask you to ensure your return is neat and complete:
- Product is (mostly) undamaged and complete
- Packed in the original packaging
- No written or drawn text on the packaging
- Indicate in the return portal why you're returning it
Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund you as quickly as possible. Usually, this happens within a few days.

Damage or Manufacturing Defect?
